Trustees

CHRISTINE FULTON (National President)

Christine is the widow of Constable Lewis Fulton, of Strathclyde Police, who was murdered in the line of duty in June 1994. She became involved after hearing about COPS in late 2002 and has played a major role in promoting the idea among survivors.

Christine leads COPS operations, providing support to survivors around the UK.  Christine is based in Strathclyde.

MICK FOSTER QPM (Chairman)

Mick is a retired Assistant Chief Constable of the West Midlands Police and National Crime Squad, and past Chairman and Life Vice President of the Police Mutual Assurance Society.

Mick works for Sonic Communications as a part-time consultant, and he has supported COPS since its formation.

HELEN WALKER

Helen is the widow of Constable Mac Walker, a West Midlands Police motorcyclist, who was killed in the line of duty in October 2001.

Helen assists Christine with survivor support. She is a senior nurse based in West Midlands.

ANGELA HAM
Angela Ham is the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive at the National Memorial Arboretum. She previously worked for 22 years at the Police Mutual Assurance Society (PMAS), as the Society's Events Manager/PA to the Chief Executive.

Both PMAS and Angela have supported COPS since its formation.

DAVID LINDLEY QPM
David Lindley QPM is Deputy Chief Constable of Leicestershire Constabulary. He has been providing support and advice to COPS since its early formation back in 2003.

SIR KEITH POVEY QPM BA (Patron)
Sir Keith Povey QPM BA (formerly Her Majesty's Chief Inspector of Constabulary for England and Wales), is the first Patron of COPS.

Appointed in 2006, Sir Keith will be working alongside the trustees, to actively promote and support COPS at the highest level.
